basic stay, some issues
lack of windowsextra charges
The lack of windows. It really impacted my sense of time. also, i found it odd that there were extra charges for things like a hairdryer. it felt a bit cheap, especially considering the price i paid. the air conditioning was also tricky. i couldn't seem to regulate it properly. the temperature fluctuated a lot.

Charmed by the central location

The hotel's location was lovely. It was close to the tube. I walked everywhere EASILY. My room had air conditioning, a real plus after a long day. It kept the space cool and refreshing. The shower was also great. It had good pressure and plenty of hot water.
The lack of a hairdryer in the room felt VERY inconvenient. I had to go to a separate area to dry my hair, it was not ideal.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot near the tube, providing quick access to various parts of the city. Transport links are right next door. This ease simplifies commuting and sightseeing .

The location is very nice. It is right in the heart of everything. the staff is very friendly. They run the hotel with efficiency for both check in and check out.
The room was small. It wasn't as clean as i expected.

The location was excellent for accessing many attractions. The tube station was just minutes away. The room was clean and quiet. There were plenty of plug sockets available.
The room was small and lacked basic amenities. There was no wardrobe or desk provided. Luggage storage cost extra, at £15 per bag on check-in.

the location worked well for me. i could walk everywhere in the west end. the check-in and check-out process was simple. the room was also clean i found.
the room i stayed in felt small and lacked basic amenities. there was no wardrobe or desk. i also found no storage facilities and it made it hard to relax.
